The annual Raingutter Regatta is just that – an opportunity to race boats down a straight track of raingutter, filled with water. The boys build the boats themselves out of kits and then, on the day of the Raingutter Regatta, make their own wind (by blowing) to race their boat to the finish line.
It’s a lot of fun. Everyone gets a reward for participating and the top three finishers get really cool Raingutter Regatta race pins.
